  2. Bravo Gennaro! I have made a genuine Italian ragu at least once a fortnight for over 40 years. I adore it. Of all the thousands of recipes I've read and seen over the decades, yours is the only one that has ever brought tears to my eyes. Your memories of your childhood in Italy truly moved me, as they did you.
