Bravo Gennaro! I have made a genuine Italian ragu at least once a fortnight for over 40 years. I adore it. Of all the thousands of recipes I've read and seen over the decades, yours is the only one that has ever brought tears to my eyes. Your memories of your childhood in Italy truly moved me, as they did you.
Grazie mille Gennaro. Ciao bello!
So touching and tasty.
Why not all men love food instead of violence and aggression?! I hope a day comes that we enjoy international dishes all together around a big table, with no worry about impending war or crisis. Life is great, stoo selling weapon, peoole need food and love!

The best cooking show in the world. ❤️❤️
Watching him cook….is just so organic. So pleasant. It brings people back to simpler times, to just cooking for the simple enjoyment of the food. Anyways, I gave this recipe a try, and it was a hit. Thank you for providing this beautiful content to us! I absolutely could watch him cook for hours.
