In this video tutorial, I show you how to resize an individual layer. There are times when you need to adjust the size of just one singular layer and this is how you do it!

I like how you went straight to the point. Thank you!
Could anyone plz tell or clarify to me i.e. I can NOT enable my "Show Transform Controls" until i "Converted the image to Smart Object". Is that how it is supposed to be.. ? Or i should be able to have my "Transform Controls" enabled even without Converting the image to "Smart Object".. ? Since i am an absolute beginner, that's why don't really know about it.
Because, i have been trying to enable the "Transform Controls" both by clicking/checking the box "Show Transform Controls" and also by the Shortcut Key Ctrl+T repeatedly for the past 1 hour now, but nothing was working. However, i kept trying to do different things lol, until i found the option of "Converting the image to Smart Object" which makes it work. So is that the right way to enable the "Transform Controls".. ?
Many Thanks!
